Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using our mobile grooming services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.
Grooming Policies
- Health & Safety: All dogs must have updated rabies shots and necessary vaccinations prior to their appointment.
- Appointments: Appointments are scheduled by service area. Please allow a window for arrival due to traffic and previous appointments.
- Add-On Pricing: Add-on pricing varies based on the pet's size, coat condition, and temperament.
- Special Requests: Anal gland expression is available upon request only.
- Pet Behavior: We reserve the right to refuse service or stop grooming if a pet becomes too stressed or aggressive, for the safety of the pet and the groomer.
